Keller Supply Buys 43,000 sf Industrial Building

Keller Supply has been in business for over 70 years and currently has over 60 branches in 8 states where they distribute a full line of plumbing, HVAC and spa products to both retail and wholesale customers. With over $200 million in annual sales, Keller had a challenge in Portland as the coming Milwaukie Light Rail line was going to run through one of their warehouses. Working closely with Todd and Cascade Commercial Real Estate, Keller embarked on a detailed process to replace and improve their distribution facilities in Portland. After a couple of false starts and a fairly tight geographical parameter, it took some time and effort to find the right facility which ended up being a quality 43,000 sf concrete tilt facility in the Columbia Corridor on NE Argyle Street. After a through and quick due diligence, Keller closed on the transaction in September.
