Todd DeNeffe has sold and leased industrial and commercial properties in the Portland metro area for over 20 years. He began his career with a large national firm, Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage in 1986, and formed Cascade Commercial Real Estate LLC in 1998 to continue his representation of companies and individuals in implementing successful industrial and commercial real estate strategies. While with Grubb & Ellis he rose to become one of the Portland’s office most productive industrial real estate brokers representing both regional and national developers, tenants and property owners.
Todd also effectively represented Reynolds Aluminum in the disposition of over 100 acres of industrial property surrounding their former smelter facility in Troutdale of East Multnomah County. Through numerous land transactions, over half a dozen firms purchased industrial sites leading to numerous new industrial facilities resulting in 100’s of new jobs for the east county area.
Overall, Todd has been involved in lease and sales transactions involving over 4,000,000 sf of space and over 250 acres of land. His client list is extensive with representation of local, regional and national firms which include: Weston Investment, Baxter’s Auto Parts, Summit Properties, Opus Northwest, Keller Supply, Harsch Investment, Dal-Tile Corporation, Smurfit Corporation and Rexel USA.
